Valentine’s Day | Personal

With the busyness of this new year, Reinna and I have noticed that time is flying by faster and faster. This week/weekend was so hectic that we didn’t have enough time to do much for Valentine’s Day this year. So I sent Reinna a text message during her last class period telling her to come to my house after because I had something for her. It wasn’t anything big, but I still wanted to do something for her, especially since she’s leaving the country next this week. She’ll be gone for the rest of the month and won’t be back until the second week of March. So I had her come over, I set up a little something for lunch, wrote her a card and made her her favorite lunch. She always likes it when I make her patty melts with sunny side up eggs, so that’s what I did. We had a such a great time together as I ended up calling off of work and just spending the day with her. We talked all day over lunch about how excited she is for her mission trip, we ran errands together, and now we’re going to bake and watch chick-flicks all night! Hope everyone is having a great Monday. You don’t have to have someone to celebrate all the love in your life.

Happy Monday | Personal

I’m slowing getting use to my new schedule this semester. Things are still hectic, but I’m managing to get things done with school and photography. I updated my blog finally. I also changed a few things on here. Can you notice them? Anyhow, one of my portrait sessions this weekend consisted of taking some photos of the utterly beautiful Reinna Sherie. It’s always fun working with her. Here’s one of the images from our shoot.

I love this photo for so many reasons. Most of all, because it’s of the one I love. Enjoy.

Have a great week!

Up In The Air | Travel

I’ve missed having clouds in the sky all summer, so I’ve been happy as a clam this past week. Haven’t some of these sunsets been gorgeous? I hope there’ll be some clouds in the sky tomorrow! I’ll be hopping on a plane tomorrow morning in LA and then I’ll be hopping off a plane tomorrow afternoon in Virginia. I can’t wait for this weekend’s wedding, next week’s shoots and for the rest of my stay in New York & Virginia until the 9th. It’s going to be a good two weeks. I hope everyone enjoys their Labor Day Week/Weekend, I know I will!

As for emails, I’ll be answering a few here and there. So if you’ve yet to hear back from me, just sit tight and it’ll show up! (:

East Coast Love | Travel

Hello everyone,

I just want to inform those who follow this blog, all of whom I appreciate so very very much, but who specifically live in Virginia about a little something. I will be traveling to the oh so lovely state of Virginia this upcoming September for a wedding I will be shooting. Although the wedding is set for the 4th, I will be in Virginia from the 2nd through the 10th. If there are any families or couples who live in Virginia and  who would be interested in booking a portrait session next month, please feel more than free to email me and inquire about rates and dates. I would love to fill-in the limited amount of sessions that I am offering during my stay to add along side the few that are already in the workings. Hope to hear from you. Hope to work with you.

Have a great rest of the weekend.
